What does the 15 years full coverage include?
Coverage includes parts and labour for the duration of the agreement, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

How does the referral program work?
Existing Enbridge Sustain customers can refer someone who may be interested in a new AC or heat pump. To qualify, the referral must be submitted through the referral form before the referred person signs up.
If the referred person becomes a new Enbridge Sustain customer for an eligible AC or heat pump product, both the referring customer and the referred customer may receive a $100 bill credit, subject to eligibility and program terms.
When do we receive the $100 bill credit?
The $100 bill credit is applied after the referred customer completes their agreement and becomes an active Enbridge Sustain customer for an eligible AC or heat pump product.
Only one referral credit is available per referred customer. If the same person is referred more than once, the first valid referral submitted will be used. Enbridge Sustain may change, pause, or end the referral program at any time.
What happens at the end of my lease term?
At the end of your lease term, you fully own the equipment, no surprise fees, no strings attached. It's a straightforward path to ownership.

Enbridge Sustain is an unregulated company that is distinct from its gas utility affiliate Enbridge Gas Inc.
*The promotional savings offer is available to qualified residential lease-to-own customers and applies to qualifying equipment agreements entered into between June 10th, 2026 and August 31st, 2026. Customers will receive a 60% reduction in their monthly lease-to-own payments for the first 6 months of the contract. Savings will vary depending on the equipment and installation cost. The savings of $1125.00 is based on an equipment + installation value of $21,000, which would generate regular monthly payments of $312.50. Under this scenario, a 60% monthly discount equals $187.50 per month for 6 months. Following the 6-month promotional period, monthly lease-to-own payments will return to the full regular amount for the remainder of the contract term. Equipment lease-to-own contracts will have a total term of 180 months. This offer is only available in select areas to residential lease-to-own customers and excludes builders and commercial customers. Contact Enbridge Sustain for complete terms and conditions.
