Leasing to own Leasing to own Buying
Installation Costs Standard installation costs are included in your monthly fees with no upfront costs. Installation costs are included in the purchase price, which requires full upfront payment.
Maintenance Costs Annual maintenance for your SmartFlow system is included at no additional costs to you. Maintenance is not included, you are responsible for maintenance including the costs.
Repair Costs Any future repair costs are included at no additional cost to you. You will be responsible for all costs of repairs that are not covered by the original warranty.
Who owns the equipment? Enbridge Sustain™ Homeowner
Extended Warranties Warranty on parts and labour is included at no additional cost to you. The manufacturer’s warranty may cover parts, please refer to your manufacturer’s booklet.
Budget Management An affordable and predictable monthly fee makes it easier to manage your budget. Buying requires significant upfront costs as well as additional costs in the case of issues that are not covered by warranty.
