Who does the repairs?

What is included in coverage?

Are HomeServe protection plans mandatory?

No. HomeServe protection plans are optional. Also, if you have an Enbridge Sustain lease-to-own plan for heating, cooling or water-heating equipment, full coverage for that equipment is already included in your agreement. You do not need a separate protection plan to cover that Enbridge Sustain leased equipment.
